ICC United Kingdom International Trade & Prosperity Conference

This document sets out the terms and conditions between ICC United Kingdom and you when you register for the International Trade & Prosperity (ITPW) Conference. By registering for this conference, organised by ICC United Kingdom, you are agreeing to comply with these terms and conditions. You should read this document carefully.

 

Event Registrations

Bookings for the ITPW Conference can be made via this website: https://www.iccwboconference.uk/

Should you have any issue or query regarding your booking, please contact the team at events@iccwbo.uk or on +44 (0)20 7838 9363.

The ITPW Conference takes place in a virtual environment by Zoom or Microsoft Teams. A link to join or view the event will be sent to you two weeks prior to the event, and in event reminder emails.

Before registering for a place, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the required equipment, software and sufficient network access to take part in the online event.

All attendees will be provided with the Conference Team’s contact details in their booking confirmation email and reminder emails. Those having problems accessing the event can contact the team prior to, and during, the event. Where possible, we suggest joining the event on a computer rather than a tablet or a phone. If your video or sound is patchy or breaking up, we suggest closing any other programmes or apps using the internet on your PC, mobile or tablet. Try turning Wi-Fi off on other devices (for example your phone or other computers or tablets), and if possible, move closer to the Wi-Fi router. It is acknowledged that it may not be possible to solve all issues as these can be based on the participant’s equipment, software and quality of their network access/provision.

Although the equipment and connections for our chairs/speakers are tested for sufficient functionality ahead of every event, ICC United Kingdom cannot be responsible for equipment, software and network issues affecting the speakers/chairs during the live event. Should the event not be able to go ahead as a result of technological issues, we will try to reschedule the event for another date; attendees will be notified via email regarding whether this is possible.

Confirmation

An email confirmation shall be issued at the time of booking. If you have not received confirmation of your booking within 48 hours of submitting your registration via our website or email, please contact events@iccwbo.uk or +44 (0)20 7838 9363.

Cancellation (made on behalf of the delegate)

Any place you book for a free-to attend event is freely transferable to another individual up to 24 hours prior to the event.

If neither you nor the individual replacing you is able to attend, please notify us by emailing events@iccwbo.uk at least 24 hours prior to the event so that it can be made available to someone else.

ICC United Kingdom reserves the right to make minor alterations to the content and timing of the programme or to the identity of the speakers.
